2026 Meetings

What an incredible year we had in 2025! As we move forward, we are committed to ensuring that 2026 not only meets but exceeds all expectations. We invite you to actively participate in our community by attending every parent meeting we hold. Your involvement is crucial, and we appreciate your dedication.

Meeting Attendance and Voting Rights

Please note that attendance is recorded for each meeting, which grants you the opportunity to vote in our yearly election. According to our bylaws, a minimum number of meetings must be attended to secure voting rights. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these requirements. We would like to offer google meets so if you are unble to attend you can still know what is going on; but please note if you attend via online that does not count as an attendance to put forth towards the election voting.

Meeting Locations

Be aware that meeting locations will transition from the Mayor’s Room at the Rainbow Center to Venetian Shores as we move into the season. Please check the location details for each meeting below to ensure you arrive at the correct venue.
