Refunds

To ensure proper planning and commitment to our event, the following refund policy will apply to all registrations:

• Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the event date will be eligible for a full refund of all fees paid.
• Cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund of all fees paid.
• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the event date are not eligible for a refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the date the written cancellation request is received.
